FORMATTING GUIDE


TO THE AUTHOR OF THE ARTICLE

The articles must be presented in the following content structure: introduction, theoretical-methodological bases, research methods, results, conclusion, and bibliography.

ARTICLE STRUCTURE AND FORMAT

The article must be accepted electronically at katchar@isec.am.

Do not use line breaks in the text.
 

  • System: Microsoft Office Word
  • Paper size: A4
  • Number of pages: 10-12
  • Abstract: English, Russian, Armenian: 1 page
  • Line spacing - 1.15
  • The space between paragraphs- 1 cm
  • The borders of parapghraphs - 0 cm, 0 cm
  • Margins- 2 cm from the top, 2 cm from the bottom, 2 cm from the left, 2 cm from the right
  • Text font for Armenian - "GHEA Grapalat", for English - Russian - "Times New Roman"

The Font size:
 

  • The Title, author’s name, surname: 11 pt, heading, bold
  •  Author's position, place of work, degree, title, email: 10 pt
  • Abstracts: 10 pt, bold (words like Համառոտագիր, Abstract, Аннотация)
  • Keywords and phrases (not more than 10 words): 10 pt, (words like Բանալի բառեր և բառակապակցություններ, Keywords and phrases, Ключевые слова и фразы, bold)  
  • Subtitles: 10,5, pt, bold
  • The Text: 10,5, pt
  • References in the text in rectangular brackets according to the order number presented in the literature list ([2-5] or [3, page 15]), bold

The Sequence:
 

Title: (the title should contain a maximum of 10 words)

  • Author(s) name, surname, position, place of work, academic degree, title, email, phone number,abstract , keywords and phrases (in the language of the article)
  • Title, author(s) name, surname, position, place of work, academic degree, title, e-mail, telephone number, abstract, keywords and phrases (in case of Armenian article in Russian, then in English)

The Text:
 

  • Bibliography (The list is presented in original language of the article). First mention the author(s) surname(s), then the first letter(s) of name, the full title of the book or article, the full or accepted abbreviation of the journal, place of publication, publishing house, date of publication, issue, issuing numbers, serial number, pages or number of pages of the book (e.g. Hakobyan M․, Stepan Voskanyan and His Environment, Yerevan, Institute of History of NAS RA, 2005, 472 p.).
  • The same for the materials used from the Internet, indicating at the end the reference address of the relevant material and the date of acquaintance (for example:… // URL: http: //www.info ..., 14.06.2016)
